A renewable Four Week Course: Perfect for those who wish to be part of a regular cookery school where you are taught the essentials of Persian Cookery, the recipes, the techniques, tips & tricks, the cultural/regional/seasonal context for each recipe & the health giving aspects of the ingredients according to the Ancient Middle Eastern tradition of Unani. Interactional Classes held LIVE with me via Zoom. The Class is recorded & then sent to the student for their own personal learning aid as reference afterwards.
